The Shine On Yoga Teacher Training gives a comprehensive view of different yoga styles, with a particular emphasis on Hatha and Tantric Philosophy. The focus is on practical aspects of teaching as well as yoga philosophy, energy anatomy, sound healing, dynamic movement and Ayurveda. Students are encouraged to take their home practice to the next level, begin class observations and practice teaching in order to gain practical insight into becoming a yoga teacher.

200-hour Teacher Training Details

Training held on a beautiful estate in Lake Nona (about 20 minutes from downtown Orlando). Property includes pool, sauna, and many beautiful meditative spaces inside and outside.

Includes Two 5-day overnight intensives

and 7 Saturdays in between

1st intensive June 2nd - June 6th

2nd intensive July 28th - August 1st

7 weekends in between the intensives

Tuition

The fee is $2500. This covers the entire course of study, lodging and organic, vegetarian and whenever possible locally grown food for the two overnight intensives. Study manual provided. Required reading texts are NOT included and must be purchased separately.

Registration

Applications are available at Shine On Yoga or sent to you via email upon request. Once application is accepted a deposit of $1250 is required to hold your spot, of which $500 is non-refundable. The remaining $1250 is due before the beginning of the first intensive. A payment plan for the second half ($1250) is available for a 10% service fee. Registration ends May 12, 2010.

Class size is extremely LIMITED. Your application must be submitted and approved before submitting your deposit of $1250. Submit your application as soon as possible to reserve your space.

About your Teacher Trainer Guide

Amber is the founder and visionary behind Shine On Yoga. She created the sacred space to bring the ancient teachings of the healing arts to our community. Her mantra is "heal yourself, heal the world." Knowing yourself is the most important thing you can do for humanity and planet earth. When you are in relationship with your body, mind and spirit, you are in harmony with all of life.

Amber is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance. She is a certified Sivananda, Ashtanga. Kundalini and Prenatal teacher. She completed a 108-hour Anusara Immersion and attended a 200-hour Anusara Teacher Training.

Amber has received Level 1 & 2 Jikiden Reiki Certification and 3rd Degree Usui Reiki Certification. She enjoys playing with sound healing, particularly with the crystal bowls. Currently, she studies with Janice Rous and is working towards a Body Dialogue Certification.
